I still drink wine and lots of coffee though. The melon flavour tastes absolutely awful but I did get good energy after taking my doses and I found I wasn't as hungry so didn't eat as much. 2nd week I did 2 days of training and 3 days of bikram yoga which usually melts my fat away. First week I did 4 days of training which was 30 mins of weights and 30 mins of cardio each day. This time round my stomach is probably the biggest it has ever been, so decided to purchase oxyshred as reviews raved about it and said you didn't even have to do that much training and the fat would drop off!! I've been taking it for 2 weeks now, 1 scoop first thing in the morning and 1 scoop most afternoons as I often do some form of exercise. I sometimes go months without doing anything and get depressed with my health and fitness so then give myself some sort of goal and start training again. Ok I'm no gym junkie but do believe its important to stay fit and healthy. It really does work in that aspect.Īlso, I agree with the tub being so small.
